1. International Shipping & Security Transit
Every natural gemstone acquired from Mihilak Gems is dispatched directly from Colombo, Sri Lanka, through specialized high-value courier networks including FedEx International Priority and Brink's / Malca-Amit Global Logistics.
- North America (US & Canada): 3–5 Business Days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 3–4 Business Days
- Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan): 2–4 Business Days
- Middle East & GCC: 2–4 Business Days
All shipments comply with the National Gem and Jewellery Authority Act of Sri Lanka, including official state export permits, commercial invoices, and accredited gemological laboratory certificates.

2. 7-Day Collector Inspection Period
We understand that rare corundum must be admired and examined in hand to truly appreciate its unique color saturation, luster, and brilliance.
3. Return Authorization & Refund Protocol
If you decide not to retain the gemstone within your 7-day inspection window, the return process is straightforward and secure:
Notify our concierge team via WhatsApp or email (concierge@mihilakgems.com) within 7 days of delivery. We will issue an official RMA number and return shipment instructions.
Package the gemstone securely in its original vault box with all intact certificate reports (NGJA, GIA, GRS). The package must be shipped via a trackable, fully-insured express service (FedEx Priority / DHL Express). Return transit insurance is the sender's responsibility.
Upon arrival at our Colombo headquarters, our gemologists verify the stone against the original high-resolution master inclusion profile and carat weight records. Once verified in original condition, your full payment is remitted via international wire transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
